• Hydro Jetting & Descaling: These are powerful cleaning methods. While safe for healthy pipes, they can reveal pre-existing structural failure in aged or severely corroded cast iron. We are not liable for the failure of pipes that are structurally unsound prior to service.
• Septic-to-Sewer Conversions: Conversions are subject to municipal approval and environmental regulations. All work is performed to code, but timelines are subject to city inspection schedules.
• Sump Pumps & Drainage: While we provide expert drainage design, extreme weather events exceeding the system's design capacity are not covered by our workmanship guarantee.
