1. Professional Estimates & Scope of Work

Pipers Drain Repair provides comprehensive residential, commercial, and septic services.

• Site Evaluation: Due to Seattle’s unique geography (slopes, aging infrastructure, and root-heavy terrain), final pricing is subject to a physical on-site inspection and/or a mandatory sewer camera inspection for all underground work.
• Trenchless Feasibility: Pipe lining and bursting are subject to the host pipe’s condition. If a pipe is fully collapsed or misaligned, traditional excavation may be required, and a revised estimate will be provided.
